Goods classified as dangerous

Dangerous goods refer to goods that, because of their explosion, fire or radiation hazard, toxicity or other similar characteristics, may cause damage to humans, the environment or property as well as empty uncleaned packages and containers that were used for their transport.

Goods classified as dangerous refer to goods covered by:

• the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG Code)
• the European Agreement on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR)
• the European Regulations Concerning the International Transport of Dangerous Goods by Rail (RID)
