Rights of use of pictures

Borrowing pictures from the media bank of the Port of Helsinki is free of charge. The Port of Helsinki holds all rights to the pictures and consequently they may be used freely for
noncommercial purposes and for marketing the Port of Helsinki.

• When using pictures you are absolutely compelled to mention that the source of the pictures is the Port of Helsinki/name of the photographer.
• It is strictly forbidden to transfer pictures to a third party for commercial use.
• Commercial use is possible, but the matter must be agreed separately with the photographer, who is entitled to compensation for the use of the picture.
