A new look for rental premises
This summer, about 1,000 square metres of office space in Satamatalo will be renovated for rent. A variety of size options will be available: larger premises, separate office rooms and larger office spaces.
The two larger and two smaller conference rooms that are available for rent at Satamatalo will also be getting a facelift.
In addition to the large complex at Satamatalo, almost every harbour has smaller office or storage spaces for rent. They also offer meeting rooms, such as Pilari 10 in Katajanokka – a larger conference space complete with a sauna.
The premises are managed by Rental Coordinator Roosa Perälä, who joined the company in the spring and has experience as a real estate agent. In her position as rental coordinator, she holds responsibility for contractual matters relating to the port’s rental premises, maintaining good landlord and tenant relations, and tenant communications as part of the passenger traffic and property development team.
