Port of Helsinki is renewing its taxi services in the Katajanokka Terminal and West Terminal T2. From the beginning of July 2020, one lane in the terminal area will be reserved for Lähitaksi and Taksi Helsinki . Other operators are allowed to use the other lane.
The availability of taxis, a safe and reliable service and clear pricing are an important part of the excellent customer experience of passengers. “In terms of developing the passenger traffic in the port, streamlining the travel chain is one of the most important aspects,” says Traffic Manager Arto Satuli from Port of Helsinki. “We want to offer passengers easy and reliable service throughout the year and at all hours.”
