The Port of Helsinki’s parking services will be renewed during the coming year. From the beginning of June 2026, parking services in the advance booking areas will be provided by Moovy Oy, and Finnpark Pysäköinti Oy will act as the operational parking partner. The aim of the renewal is to improve the customer experience by making parking smoother and easier to manage for all customers.

How will the change affect customers’ parking?

The online store will be renewed, making advance bookings easier to manage. In the new satamaparkki.fi online store, you will be able to make, view and cancel your reservation at your convenience. You can also change the vehicle registration number linked to your booking. There will be no need to contact customer services separately.

• The pre-sale of premium parking spaces in Satamaparkki car park in West Harbour will end. In future, all parking spaces will be priced equally.

• Electric vehicle charging points will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Charging is subject to a separate fee.

• Following the renewal, customers will have access to the Moovy app, while the familiar EasyPark and ParkMan apps will remain available as before.

The change will be implemented in stages

The parking areas will be transferred to the new partners in phases. From June 2026, the change will apply to the following advance booking parking areas:

• Satamaparkki car park in West Harbour, which also operates without prior reservation

• Olympiaparkki parking hall located beneath the Olympia Terminal

• Katajanokka P5 advance booking area

Other outdoor parking areas will remain unchanged for the time being and will be transferred to the new partners between September and October 2026.

The new online store will open in June 2026. Parking spaces can be reserved through the current online store until 31 May 2026. During the first days of June, advance bookings will be temporarily unavailable due to a system update. Further information will be provided closer to the summer.
