Terms for Service Providers
The Port of Helsinki Ltd grants rights to provide services in the port area governed by the Port of Helsinki Ltd under EU degree 2017/352 of the European Parliament and Council, and requires the following from the service providers and their subcontractors, who apply to provide the following services in the area of the Port of Helsinki Ltd:

Waste reception services
Waste reception services will be put out to tender at 2025 and 2027 at the latest. The minimum requirements will be published in connection to the call for tenders.
Some liner traffic vessels have been granted an exemption from the mandatory delivery of waste based on a separate decision by the authorities.
