Bicycle Parking

The new bicycle parking facility in West Harbour offers a safe and affordable way to store your bike during your trip. It is located right in front of West Terminal 2, in the parking area—just a few steps from the terminal entrance.

How to reserve a spot in the bicycle parking:
1. Download the Biketti app from your app store
2. Register
3. Make a reservation – spots can be booked on-site or in advance, up to 24 hours before parking
4. Start and end your parking easily in the app.


The bicycle parking facility has 8 spaces. Inside, there is 1.78 meters of space from the back wall to the sliding door.

Luggage storage

Luggage storage lockers can be found on the entrance floor of the ship terminal, next to the escalators.

Only card payment.
Maximum storage time 100 hours.

Small locker 0–4 h €3,50, after which €4,90/12h.
Large locker 0–4 h €4,50, after which €5,90/12h.

Passengers requiring assistance

The assistance service is intended for passengers with reduced mobility due to a physical or mental disability, those with visual or hearing impairments, elderly passengers, those with temporarily reduced mobility and anyone else requiring special assistance.

Lost and found items

You can inquire about lost items left at the terminal by calling +358 500 469 405.
Port of Helsinki will not send any lost items, but the pick-up of the goods from the terminal can be arranged separately. Please also be prepared to prove your identity when picking up the goods.

Found goods are sent once a week to Suomen löytötavarapalvelu (the Finnish found goods service). You can inquire about any items left on the terminal there.

Property left on the ship should be asked directly from the shipping company.
