Parking in the port is being renewed!
During the renewal on 1–2 June, the payment machines in the Satamaparkki car park will exceptionally be out of service. If your parking starts during this period or continues over it, we recommend using the EasyPark, ParkMan or Moovy apps as your payment method. Read more about the parking renewal.
Satamaparkki car park serves customers of West Terminal 2 and other visitors to the area. Parking spaces can be booked in advance via the satamaparkki.fi online store. Parking without a prior reservation is also possible. Long-term parking without prior reservation is available in the Länsiterminali T1 outdoor parking area. The outdoor parking areas in front of West Terminal 2 are intended for short-term parking.
The nearest short-term parking spaces marked for escort traffic can be found along Atlantinkatu, approximately 10 m from the T2 terminal door.

Driving a car into the hall when the space is reserved in advance: You can drive into the hall only when parking begins.
Car pickup: Enter through the pedestrian door using the QR code on the door. Enter your car’s registration number in the browser window that opens. In case of problems, contact the control room using the door intercom.

- There is an outdoor car park dedicated to campers, caravans and vans next to Satamaparkki.

The outdoor parking areas in West Harbour are intended for short-term parking when picking up and dropping off passengers.

How to pay for the parking
Satamaparkki car park in West Harbour: you may pay with EasyPark, ParkMan or Moovy Apps or with payment machines. Parking without advance booking is paid for when you set off or when your trip ends.
Harbour outdoor parking areas: you may pay with EasyPark, Aimo and ParkMan service or with payment machines. Parking is paid for on arrival.
Payment machines operate with the most common cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit).
Bicycle Parking at West Terminal 2
A bicycle parking service is available at West Terminal 2, offering a secure and convenient option for storing your bike during your trip.
Six lockable Knoxy bicycle lockers are located in the immediate vicinity of the terminal entrance.
The lockers are operated via the Knoxy mobile app, which can also be used to check availability and make an advance reservation.
The price for bicycle parking is €0.20 per hour. Payment is made through the app.
If you choose to reserve a space in advance, a reservation fee of €1 will be charged.
The app is available for download in App Store or Play Store.
Parking with a card for persons with reduced mobility
With a parking card for persons with reduced mobility, you may park free of charge in the port’s outdoor parking areas for passenger cars. The maximum parking time does not apply.
The permit cannot be used in outdoor parking areas or parking garages that require advance booking.
Car charging
You can leave your car charging with carbon-free energy at all ship terminals in the Helsinki city center.
To charge your electric car, you need the Virta app and you can start charging either with Helen or Virta charging account. The charging devices use a Type 2 connector. You are charged based on the amount of electricity you use.
