Safety Inductions
You can only move in the closed port area of Helsinki’s passenger ports and Vuosaari’s cargo port if you have obtained an access permit. Before issuing a permit, everyone must first complete a safety induction.
Vuosaari Harbour
Pedestrians and light traffic are prohibited in the Vuosaari closed harbour area, and vehicle traffic always requires an access permit. You can only get the permit if you have successfully completed the driver’s safety induction first.

Passenger Harbours
In passenger harbours, i.e. the West Harbour, the Katajanokka Harbour and the South Harbour, obtaining an access permit requires comleating a security induction in advance.
