The check-in route for vehicle passengers at the Olympia Terminal to change on 4 May

Starting from Monday, 4 May 2026, passengers driving onto the ship at the Olympia Terminal will be directed to check-in via a new route, which runs along the quay between the terminal and the sea. Clear signage will be in place for the new route.
- Access to the port area remains at its previous location on Ehrenströmintie.
- Entry to the Olympia car park continues as before, underneath the terminal.
There are three check-in booths along the new route, and sufficient traffic lanes to ensure smooth boarding onto the ship.
The change in check-in routes for passenger traffic marks one of the first steps at the South Harbour in the extensive port renovation programme. In the future, all ferry traffic to Stockholm will be concentrated at Katajanokka, and Tallinn traffic at West Harbour. Regular ferry operations at South Harbour will cease during the 2030s, and the area will be opened up for more diverse use by city residents.
