Connections – Olympia Terminal
Olympia Terminal is located in the heart of Helsinki, alongside Kaivopuisto park. It has excellent tram connections. Or if you will, you can take a taxi or hire a car at the terminal.
Trams
Tramline 2 and Tramline 3 go past the terminal.
Single tram tickets can be purchased e.g. using the HSL mobile app, or HSL ticket machines.
Connections
- Railway station (2,2 km) Trams 2 and 3, get off at stop Rautatieasema.
- Kamppi bus terminal (3,1 km) Tram 2 get of at stop Kamppi M and walk to Kamppi shopping centre
- Helsinki airport (23,6 km) Trams 2 and 3, get off at stop Rautatieasema and then bus 615 or 600 or Commuter Trains I and P
Taxi services
Taxi stands are located right outside the terminal. Taxis are also available during night time and rush hours.
Port of Helsinki recommends Lähitaksi and Taksi Helsinki.
Car hire at the terminal
The Port of Helsinki and Hertz Car Hire are now offering passengers a convenient way to hire a car directly at the terminal. Passengers who make use of the new service will also get a discount of up to 10% on the car hire prices on Hertz’s website.
RESERVE YOUR CAR FOR PICK-UP AT THE OLYMPIA TERMINAL HERE.
The key to the hired car can be picked up from the Hertz key box located in the terminal departure lounge using a PIN code. The car will be parked in a parking space with Hertz signs by the main entrance.The car can also be returned to the port by parking it in the Hertz parking space and returning the key to the key box.
Passengers can also make use of Hertz’s corporate customer rates and other discounts and special offers at the harbour service locations. To do so, please make your reservation via Hertz’s website at www.hertz.fi.
