According to the Great Place to Work Trust Index© personnel survey, 90% of the employees of Port of Helsinki think that the Port is a great place to work. This result earned us the Great Place to Work certificate™, which is a globally recognised indicator of excellent employee experience.

“It is wonderful that 90% of those who responded to our personnel survey consider the Port as a whole a great place to work. I can only agree!” says VP HR Katja Riikola.

“The Trust Index © personnel survey was carried out for the first time at the Port, although we have had great personnel satisfaction survey results in previous years as well,” Riikola says. ”The excellent 90% response rate speaks to the strong will of the employees of the Port to keep improving our workplace. • 90% of respondents consider the Port a great place to work on the whole
• Response rate: 90%
• Of all the responses, positive responses account for: 82%
• eNPS or the employee net promoter score: 56.7 (2024: 41)

The Port of Helsinki is also participating in the medium-sized company bracket of the ‘Parhaat työpaikat’ (best places to work) ranking. Its results will be published in spring 2026.
