Instructions for prebooking customers

Before your journey

Make sure the parking area is at the correct port.

Allow enough time for parking and possible traffic delays.

Arrival

Our parking facility uses automatic license plate recognition. All parking spaces are freely selectable. Electric vehicle charging points are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to customers requiring them.

The use of accessible parking spaces requires a valid accessible parking permit.

Entry is allowed from 30 minutes before the reservation start time. A parking space cannot be guaranteed for earlier arrivals.

Electric Vehicle Charging

Charging an electric vehicle requires the Virta mobile application. Charging can be initiated using either a Helen or a Virta charging account. The charging stations are equipped with Type 2 connectors.

Vehicle Collection

When collecting your vehicle from the Satamaparkki car park or Olympiaparkki car park, access to the parking area is granted by scanning the QR code located at the pedestrian entrance door and entering the vehicle’s registration number in the browser. In case of any issues, assistance is available via the intercom, which connects you to Finnpark Parking’s control center (open 24/7).

Changing a reservation

To change a reservation, the original booking must be cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms and a new reservation must be made. The new price is based on the current price list.

The vehicle registration number can be updated before entry, even if the cancellation period has expired.

Cancelling a reservation

Cancellations are allowed up to 1 hour before the start time via the “Manage booking” link in the confirmation.
